The Sydney Rose is featured in Grazia for 'magnificently' disrupting the Rose of Tralee
OVER THE PAST week or so, Sydney Rose Brianna Parkins has made waves for speaking out in favour of repealing the Eighth Amendment and criticising the Rose of Tralee for resembling “a great big Kate Middleton impersonation contest”.
And while she may not have won the Rose of Tralee, women all over Ireland have already decided that they want to drink wine and watch Broad City with her.
And now it appears she’s getting international recognition.
Parkins is featured in this week’s issue of Grazia as part of their Chart of Lust. (Alongside Great British Bake Off’s Selasi, no less.)
The magazine commended Parkins for “magnificently” disrupting the event with her “appeal for Irish abortion rights”.
Grazia’s Polly Vernon later declared her love for Parkins.
